How it works
Three messages and it is handled.
01
Tell us the date and venue
One WhatsApp message with your event type, date, guest count and where it is — home, hall or marquee.
02
We send a design and a fixed quote
Within 24 hours: reference images, colour direction and one price that does not move later.
03
We install before guests arrive
Our team sets up, stays through the event if you want, and takes everything down afterwards.
Recent setups
Lahore, this season.
Why families in Lahore book us again.
We are a small studio, so the person who designs your setup is the person who shows up to install it.
One fixed quote
The number we send is the number you pay. No day-of additions.
Home venues welcome
Rooftops, lawns, drawing rooms and marquees — we work with the space you have.
Our own inventory
Frames, florals, drapes and lighting in-house, so nothing depends on a third party.
Setup and takedown
Installed before your guests arrive, cleared the same night or next morning.
What clients say
Told to us after the event.
“They were really talented and very professional. They communicated so well and knew exactly how to handle the client. Their work was exactly as shown to us — absolutely the same, with no difference at all. They arrived on time and did an amazing job.”
“Highly recommend The Event Studio! They did a fantastic job with our kids’ joint birthday party, bringing the jungle and butterfly themes to life perfectly.”
“The decorations were fantastic, and I had a wonderful experience.”
