A mehndi is loud, crowded and over in one night — so the setup has to be finished before the first guest walks in, and it has to photograph well from every side. We design the stage, the floor seating and the lighting as one thing, install it the same day, and clear it once the night is done.

How far in advance should we book a mehndi setup?
In wedding season (October to March) two to three weeks is comfortable. Outside season a week is usually enough. If your date is close, message us anyway — we keep a small number of slots open for short-notice work.
Do you work at homes, or only at halls and marquees?
Both. A large share of our mehndi setups are at homes — lawns, rooftops and drawing rooms. We survey the space first, either in person or from a short video you send on WhatsApp.
Is the quote fixed, or does it change on the day?
Fixed. The number in your quote covers design, materials, installation and takedown. It only changes if you ask for something extra after the quote is agreed, and we tell you the cost before doing it.
Can you match a reference photo we found online?
Usually yes, and we will tell you honestly when a reference is not realistic in your space or budget — and what we would do instead to get the same feeling.
What happens after the event?
Our team returns the same night or the next morning to take everything down and clear the space. That is included, not a separate charge.
