Terms of service
Quotes
Prices shown on this website are starting points, not final prices. A binding price exists only once we have sent you a written quote for your specific event. Written quotes are valid for fourteen days.
A quote covers design, materials, installation and takedown for the scope described in it. It does not change unless you request something outside that scope, and we will tell you the additional cost before carrying it out.
Booking and payment
- A 40% advance confirms your date. Dates are not held without it.
- The balance is payable on the day of the event, before setup begins.
- We accept bank transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash and cash.
Cancellation
Cancel more than ten days before the event and the advance is refunded in full. Inside ten days, materials have usually been ordered and the date turned down for other clients, so the advance is not refundable.
If we have to cancel for any reason within our control, you receive a full refund of everything paid.
Access and the venue
You are responsible for arranging our access to the venue at the agreed time, and for any venue rules, permissions or fees that apply to decorating it. If we cannot access the venue at the agreed time and the setup has to be shortened as a result, we cannot be held responsible for the reduced scope.
We use free-standing structures and non-marking fixings. Where something must be anchored, we ask you first. We repair any damage we cause.
Our equipment
Frames, drapes, vases, lighting and props remain our property and are collected at takedown. Personalised items — name boards, printed signage, custom cards — are yours to keep. You are responsible for our equipment between installation and takedown, and for the replacement cost of anything lost or damaged by guests.
Circumstances outside our control
We are not liable for failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, power failure, strikes, road closures or government restrictions. Where an outdoor booking is affected by weather, we will work with you on the backup plan agreed at booking.
Photography
We photograph setups we build and may publish those photographs on this website and our social media. We photograph the decor, not your guests. Tell us before the event if you would prefer we did not, and we will not.
Liability
Our liability for any booking is limited to the amount you paid us for that booking. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Lahore have jurisdiction.
