In wedding season (October to March) two to four weeks. Outside season one to two weeks is usually fine. Baby showers and dholkis can often be done at shorter notice. If your date is close, message us anyway — we keep a few slots open for short-notice work.

Only if the timings and locations genuinely allow it without either event being rushed. If they do not, we say no rather than stretching the team thin.

Yes. We can visit your venue in Lahore, or you can send a short video walk-through on WhatsApp — which is what most clients do and it is usually enough.

Yes. The number we send covers design, materials, installation and takedown. It only changes if you ask for something extra after the quote is agreed, and we tell you the cost before doing it.

40% advance to hold the date, balance on the day before setup begins.

The advance is refundable up to ten days before the event. Inside ten days, materials have usually been ordered and the date has been turned down for others, so it is not.

Because the honest number depends on your venue, guest count and how much fresh floral work you want. We would rather give you a real quote in 24 hours than a low number now and a higher one later.

Depending on the size of the setup, between three and ten hours before your guests. For large hall builds we often start the previous evening.

For larger setups, yes — someone stays on site in case anything needs adjusting. For smaller ones we finish, check everything with you, and leave.

We do, the same night or the next morning. It is included in the quote, not a separate charge.

No. We use free-standing frames and non-marking fixings. If something has to be anchored we ask first, and we repair anything we mark.

All of it — DHA, Gulberg, Bahria Town, Johar Town, Model Town, Askari, Cantt, Wapda Town, Valencia, Garden Town, Iqbal Town, Faisal Town and everywhere in between. Outside Lahore, travel is quoted separately.

Yes, and a large share of our work is at homes — lawns, rooftops and drawing rooms. We survey the space first so nothing is a surprise on the day.

Yes. Rooftop structures are built to be wind-safe, which is why we always look at the space before quoting.

For outdoor bookings we agree a backup plan when you book — either a covered alternative in the same venue or a modified indoor build. We do not leave that decision to the morning of the event.
